George Shillibeer blazed a trail in London by bringing us the omnibus, now known to you and me as the number 93. The George Shillibeer pub & kitchen, standing on the site of an original omnibus depot, follows George’s example by forging a reputation for great food, friendly service and comfortable surroundings. 

The George Shillibeer has been completely refurbished and is now not only a great place to meet, eat and drink but also a destination venue for private parties & a great night out.

Neil Bennett and Michael Healy of Leonard Curtis were appointed Joint Administrators of Butcher & Barrel Limited on 21 February 2013.
